| The Pier 5 Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return
the item in its original condition and packing for either a full refund, replacement
or exchange, (subject to availability,) within 7 days of delivery.
Ordering
You can order 4 different ways
- on line here at our web store,
- fax us your order,
- phone us during business hours,
- email us your order,
Prices.
All prices on the Web Site and in the printed catalogues are correct at the time
of publishing. However the prices and availability are subject to change for many
reasons. If the price differs for any item you have ordered we will contact you
and confirm with you before proceeding with the delivery.
Stock.
We always endeavour to have sufficient stocks to meet customers requests but as
the items come from exclusive designers in Europe we are occasionally not able to
accurately forecast demand and this simply means we can run out. If this does happen
we will contact you and give you our best estimate of when the new stock will be
available.
All orders and replacements are subject to stock availability, we
will contact you and discuss refunds or alternative products. Our office hours are
8.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday and you can contact us on 0800 674 320. Please courier
any returned items to our Pier 5 Logistics, 4 Harris Road East Tamaki Auckland.
Please ensure any item returned is still in the condition which it was supplied,
with original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Please remember to include your
name, address and phone number. For any purchase for business or commercial use
the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply.
